Archmage Arugal: First Encounter

The group headed out to Shadowfang Keep this week. It’s a nice instance, with an interesting environment and story line. However, we rolled through most of it without much challenge, and in retrospect realize that we were slightly above-level.

I decided to make the final boss fight, with the location-jumping, mind-controlling Archmage Arugal, the focus of the film. Even with a bit of mage-fumbling on this one, we still fared pretty well.

After the fight, we ran through once more to loot farm, but this time without our tank. Things didn’t go quite as smoothly.
