Ula felt privileged to receive the Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator cloth hat drop from Thermaplugg during one of our numerous Gnomeregan runs. She received it at level 32, the very minimum level to wear it.
Notably, this hat does not look like it’s made from cloth. I’m not sure what to make of that. Maybe it refers to the lining.
